New Cap-Tite Semi-Automatic Cap Tightener, Model CT-90

New Pneumatic Cap Tightener Model CT-90. Semi-automatic cap tightener designed to handle a wide range of caps and containers at speeds of up to 50 per minute and will tighten them to the desired torque. Will handle glass, plastic and metal containers up to 7” diameter up to 13” high. Universal guide accurately centers round, square, rectangular, oval or any odd shaped containers. Chucks are available for plastic or metal caps from 10mm-120mm. Equipped with a floating spindle, which enables the unit to automatically compensate for variation in container height and liner wear.
